Information about data processing

1. The administrator of your personal data is Poznan Heritage Centre, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

3. Your personal data will be processed in order to enter into and perform a contract with you, comply with legal and tax obligation as well as for protection from claims and pursuing possible claims.
4. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 Section 1 (b), (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Dz. Urz. UE L No. 119, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and other legal acts, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 – civil code.
5. Your personal data may also be processed by data recipients with whom the Administrator has signed an agreement to entrust personal data processing to them to perform IT services.
6. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to enter into a contract. In the case of refusal to provide data, entering into a contract is not possible. With respect to other issues your personal data may be processed on the basis of other premises of admissibility of processing indicated in Article 6 of GDPR.

11. your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
12. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the period of time required by applicable laws after contract expiration for data archiving or protection from claims and pursuing them.
